Back in May, LG made it clear that there is “No Nexus 5 in the pipeline“ , but we know that these big companies never tell us the true story. A Korean tech site known as Daum reported that LG’s next Nexus will be based on the hardware of the LG G2 and it will be launched with Android 5.0 in October. Last time we heard about Android 5.0, we came to know that it will be released in October as well, coincidence?
It will be based closely on the hardware of the LG G2, which will be released soon as a new flagship device by LG and it is really dashing, so if the report is true, then I can say that the Nexus 5 will be a sexy and a powerful smartphone. It is further said that both Nexus and LG G2 are being developed in parallel and last year, both LG Optimus and Nexus 4 shared almost the same specs. Maybe, LG is going down the same road again.
LG G2 is coming out on August 7, so may be by that time, we might see something more detailed about the Nexus 5 as well. What are your thoughts on it? Tell us about it in the comment box below.
